Limited Warranty

What this warranty covers

Your Laney warranty covers defects in material and workmanship in Laney products purchased and serviced by recognized Laney appointed dealers or service centers.

What this warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover: (a) any non-factory installed vacuum tubes (if applicable) or speaker; (b) damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature, humidity or abnormal strain; (c) accidental or intentional damage; (d) damage in shipping; (e) plating of metal parts; (f) a product whose serial number has been defaced; (g) tonal characteristics (tone is a subjective matter and as such is not warranted); or (h) any Laney product from other than an authorized Laney dealer.

Who this warranty protects

The warranty protects the original retail purchaser of the product.

Your responsibility

In order to obtain warranty service, you must maintain this product, without alteration, negligent use, misuse or abuse. All service of this product must be performed by Laney or an authorized service center. If any service is not performed by Laney or an authorized service center it will terminate the warranty.

How long the warranty lasts

The duration of this warranty is as follows:

Speaker Components 1 Year (incl. speakers, baskets, drivers)

Valves 90 Days

*Denotes warranty period applicable if optional warranty registration is completed online within 90 days of purchase. Failure to register with online warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

What Laney will do

We will repair or replace (at Laney discretion) products covered by the warranty period at no charge for labour or materials. If the product or components must be shipped to Laney for warranty service this must be done via your Laney dealer. No returns will be accepted without a returns number issued by the service department.

To Claim

In order to claim against you 5 year warranty please return the defective product, with proof of purchase to the dealer you purchased it from.
